Study On Customized Integration Of Leagile Supply Chain

The paper puts forward the model of the leagile supply chain based on the theory of integration of the supply chain. The model uses the postponement strategy and the modular design of product, and uses the customer order decoupling point as the postponement border. Based on the model of the leagile supply chain, the paper designs the customized strategies and puts forward the customized supply chain management. In the model of customized leagile supply chain models, the paper uses the customer order decoupling point in disparting the manufacturing process to two stages: the pulling stage and the pushing stage. In the pushing stage, it's driven by the forecast for functional products to produce, assembly, packaging process. The model adopts the lean supply chain and the improved efficient consumer response strategy to achieve the mass production and to bring the advantages of scale economy in to play; In the pulling stage, it's driven by the order for innovative products to produce, assembly, packaging process, The model adopts the agility and the improved quick response strategy to achieve customized production and to bring the advantages of scope economy in to play. The customized leagile supply chain integrates the leaness and the agility, and carries out the improved efficient consumer response strategy and the improved quick response strategy to produce with speediness and low cost, so it can integrate the leanness and the agility effectively to realize the mass customization with the advantages of both scale economy and scope economy. Through the operation of the customized leagile supply chain, the enterprise can satisfy the consumers of different desires based on the cost as low as the mass customization, so it can offer the customized products, improve the satisfaction of customers to achieve the competitive advantage that is the pursuit of a common modern manufacturing.
