With the rapid development of complex market economy, It has become a key to achieve competitive advantage for ports to carry out the logistics business. HB port group is a traditional port enterprise whose overlord status faces serious challenges and market share continuous falls by the release of production capacity and the fierce competition of transportation. Meanwhile, the HB port group needs to cope with fierce competition and keep competitive by transformation and upgrading because of the problem of its main business such as the single type, the weak earnings structure, the closed capital source, the burden of personnel and so on. In this paper, the new-style logistics model of HB port group is designed, which will realize the company's transformation and upgrading and Promote the competitiveness of the marketFirst of all, it reviews the results of the domestic and foreign scholars' research and summarizes the features and trends of logistics and port logistic which leading a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly, the key opportunities and threats of HB port group are identified by analyzing the external environment which provides external factors analysis for diagnosing its logistics models.Thirdly, the company's new-style logistics models are designed and implementated by extracting the problem of its existing logistics moselsFinally, it puts forward suggestions of supporting tactics including inner management, external support, information construction, capital source and so on which are to insure the implementation of the logistics designing scheme effectively.The study expects to enrich the related theories of port logistics, improve the profitability of port logistics and provide a reference for the logistics optimization and development of HB port group and other peer enterprises.
