With the rapid development of auto industry, car manufacturing industry paya lot attention to forward logistics, but ignore the reverse logistics system at thesame time. It has caused resources waste and ecological environment pollutionbecause of a large number of car waste garbage has appeared. Therefore, researchon reverse logistics activities can solve the above problem to some extent. Notonly that, it can ease the cost pressure of enterprise by improving the utilizationrate of auto parts. Under the circumstances of car sales profits of forwardlogistics were developed to an extreme level, the recycling of auto parts willbecome the key to the enterprise competition, and promote the development ofenterprise and enhance enterprise market competitiveness.This paper is about the design scheme of remanufacturing reverse logisticsnetwork optimization of NLM motor company. On the basis of literature researchof domestic and abroad which about reverse logistics and car remanufacturingreverse logistics network. I found the key factors that hinder the development ofcompany and sure about car remanufacturing reverse logistics network structureand operating process by analyzing the structure, functions and characteristics ofremanufacturing reverse logistics network of NLM motor company.According to the remanufacturing reverse logistics network operationsituation of NLM motor company, I establish the operation mode and networkstructure of the reverse logistics network. Based on uncertain planning theory,considering the uncertainty factors which appeared in the actual operation andfusing the thought of reverse logistics network integration, I establish the singlecycle and multi-product network model with the objective function is minimizingsum of operating costs of car remanufacturing reverse logistics based onuncertainty condition, at the same time, consider through-put volume of new product and remanufacturing product in the forward distribution/redistributionlogistics network. The model with limited ability has closed loop networkstructure and good robustness. In order to make the model result more accurate, Iuse expected value method and random chance constrained programming methodto transform the model. Finally, determine the number and location of variousfacilities and through-put volume of each logistics path of remanufacturingreverse logistics network by simulating. For remanufacturing reverse logisticsnetwork system of NLM motor company can be implemented better, my paperput forward some supporting strategies and measures from various angles inorder to reduce the uncertainty and improve the robustness in the process ofoperating reverse logistics network, and provide a practical operational schemethat can develop remanufacturing reverse logistics network system of NLMmotor company.
