As globalization wave of mergers and acquisitions, more and more enterprises begin to through mergers and acquisitions way to realize the business expansion. Truly successful, however, and the subsequent integration better successful m&a case is not rare in the market. Relevant statistics show that 71% of the mergers and acquisitions in the long run is a failure, the failure of mergers and acquisitions for many reasons, one of the most important reason is the problem of human resources integration after the merger.A group as A company's acquisition of peer acquirers pharmaceutical companies, and the company merger integration restructuring.
