With the development of economic globalization, mergers and acquisitions have become the norm in business bigger development mode. Enterprise according to the principle of voluntary, paid, merger and acquisition of other companies, it is an important way in corporate strategy adjustment, as well as enterprise reasonable use of autonomy to make business behavior. But, from the practice experience, the number of mergers and acquisitions successful enterprise less, failure of the majority. Reason lies in the success or failure depends largely on mergers and acquisitions integration after mergers and acquisitions, especially for enterprise human resources are effectively after the merger integration.
