Merger&acquisition which is used by enterprises has become an important trend for chinese enterprises that make the enterprises grow and develop, create business value, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Among the internal and external resources of enterprises, the most critical and most difficult integration step in merger&acquisition is the human resource integration. Not only because of the broad concept of human resource management or more content, but also for the nature factors of the human resource management-"people" who is extremely complicated. That is very hard to explain that the relation and variation between the externalizing behavior and psychological contact are. It is also very hard to select efficient team combinations.In this paper, the author used the theory of human resource management, psychology and managing behaviour, and based on the realities of the market and domestic enterprises mergers, try the best to parse the human resource integration issues that may arise in the merger and acquisition of enterprises from multi-angle ways. And this paper analyzes the problems and reasons that the current human resource integration has in the m&a. The author think that the key factors which hinder the effective human resource integration of the present stage enterprise are the cultural conflict and the change of executives of instability and lack of incentive in team building, so the author discusses the cultural integration program, senior management adjustment programs and incentive team building program, by using behavioral psychology analysis tools such as the complementary role theory, nine personality theory through the corporate analysis and try to find guidance and operational integration of human resource programs.The author take the case of W-GROUP which had an integration of human resource, try to explain and analysis the key factor of business success in the integration of human resources, and try the best to provide references and suggestions for other companies which would take the human resources integration in the mergers and acquisitions.
