Research On Industrial Investment Fund

After the global financial crisis, Venter capital and Private Equity has entered into the booming period. As a part of multi-layer capital market system, VC and PE has improved in funding raise, management, and existing mechanism as the development of the capital market in China. While the investment area expands, the industrial investment fund focusing on a specific area was established, which promoted the development of the high technology companies and new industries.New Energy means the energy was developing by the high technology, including solar, wind, hydro, nuclear and so on. Due to the climate change and energy crisis, more and more countries recognize the significance of new energy. The development of new energy needs a large amount of investment, which cannot only rely on government. Hence, the government should publish some policies to encourage private capital into the new energy industry.This article will analyze the challenges and problems of the investment in new energy industry in China, and provide advices of promoting investment, combined with the international experience. The article includes five chapters. The first chapter addresses the research topic, and states the significance of the topic, and the research methods will be used in the article. The second chapter introduces the origin, mode and development of industrial investment fund. The third chapter explains the definition of the new energy, and introduces the international experience of investment in new energy. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of new energy industrial investment fund through case study. The fifth chapter deeply analyzes the challenges and problems in the investment in new energy and provides advices based on the analysis above.
