With the consumption of traditional energy, new energy industry is striding development. New energy industry in the capital market has become the focus of attention of many investors, but how to combine the macro factors, meso and micro factors to measure the size of listing Corporation investment value and analysis the investment value of the capital market overestimates or underestimates is a common problem faced by the investment decision of investors.In order to solve the above problem.First of all,this article elaborates the domestic and foreign research results, and defines the new energy, new energy industry listing corporation, new energy investment value of listed corporations’ implication, and introduces the method of securities investment and the influence factors of listing corporation investment value.Then,from the basic level of the micro perspective build of new energy investment value evaluation index system of industry listing corporation.Once more,select stock markets of Shanghai and Shenzhen 40 new energy industry listing corporation for three consecutive years 2011-2013 data by using the factor analysis method of the investment value for calculating the scores and rankings.Eventually,coupled with the listed corporations of the market with a net worth per share represented investment value of comparative analysis, specific analysis of 40 corporations which have investment value of the corporations. Investors can refer to the evaluation results of the analysis of investment decision, to try to avoid investment risks and improve investment income.
