The connotation of low-carbon economy is to optimize energy structure, to improve energy efficiency. The essence of low-carbon economy is technical and institutional innovation. In this paper, from the perspective of low-carbon economy, the development direction of new energy resources is researched. Based on industrial development, economic benefits, operation strategy, technology innovation and development strategy research levels, we focus on the research of nuclear power, wind power, and solar energy and can biomass.To provide a theoretical guidance, based on the existing reference, co relational studies on low-carbon economy, new energy and energy industry development at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper.Then, based on the above theory, the status and existing problems of nuclear power, wind, solar and biomass in Chin were analyzed, after researched on the main the energy structure problems and its causes, it is found that the coal-based electricity energy structure need optimization, and low carbon economy is the only way and to reach the sustainable development of energy and grants.Then, based on the gap of nuclear power, wind power and solar energy and biomass between at home and abroad to analyze the current situation and the total industrial economic and social benefits, and finally a comprehensive analysis of the comprehensive analysis on the basis of above, and puts forward the developing direction.Then, it is the enterprise empirical research. Such fields as put important attention on the food raw material on the biological energy, biofuels industry development, the industrial policy of biological energy industry, strengthen potato butanol fuel ethanol, fermentation technology, the development of products of Chinese characteristics of biological energy industry, establish biomass processing technology platform, and accelerate cellulose utilization.
