At present, for foreign companies, OEM project to local impregnable in the fierce market competition, it must be from the quality of products. Under the competition in the modern landscape, as well as society and people's new changes to product quality management idea, will encourage the enterprises in improving the quality of the products, to fulfill the social responsibility, thus improve enterprise's image, setting up enterprise's brand. But the quality of the original management mode, in the modern fierce competition is relatively old, cannot be adapted to the demand of the society, therefore, must seek a new management mode.Based on this, this article choose S foreign company OEM project, low voltage power distribution products as the research object, using the risk management theory and methods, build quality risk management system, based on each link in the risk identification, evaluation, prevention, to finally realize enterprise to further improve the quality management level has a certain practical significance. In the light of the characteristics of OEM project and actual situation, constructs the risk index framework, six first-level indicators, twenty-eight secondary indicators. Using analytic hierarchy process(ahp), the index screening, leaving only twenty influential factors, the quality of product risk index system is constructed. And risk matrix, the Borda sequence value method is used to evaluate the factors. In OEM project quality management is put forward, in the customer's requirements change, process change there is a big risk. For OEM project quality management on the basis of risk assessment, according to industry, regional characteristics, puts forward the future to improve the quality of risk factors, improve the management level of advice and countermeasures: maintain and improve product quality, prevent competition risks; To strengthen research and development, product design to meet the needs of the local market; Strengthen the process management; Strengthening production process control.
