Under a wave of vigorously developing in domestic smart grid,many domestic enterprises are also put into the development of intelligent terminal.Who can launch many kinds of intelligent power distribution terminals with intelligent control?safe?reliable and more suitable characters at high speed for smart grid,who can grab more market share.Under this background,S company began to develop the intelligent power distribution terminal,but there were a lot of problems in the process of software development.Under a wave of vigorously developing in domestic smart grid,many domestic enterprises are also put into the development of intelligent terminal.Who can launch many kinds of intelligent power distribution terminals with intelligent control?safe?reliable and more suitable characters at high speed for smart grid,who can grab more market share.Under this background,S company began to develop the intelligent power distribution terminal,but the market demand changes so fast,which brings about a lot of risk for S company in designing intelligent distribution terminal project.In this case,this paper begins with the theoretical knowledge of software project management,expounds the characteristics of software project and the characteristics of software project risk,and sums up the necessity of risk management in software project.Then introduced the software project risk management theory,and commonly used tools,methods and classic software project risk management models.Next,the intelligent power distribution terminal project of S Company is taken as an example.the risk of the intelligent distribution terminal project is analyzed qualitatively according to the environment of the rapid development of the domestic smart grid?the actual situation of the company,and previously developed projects in S corporation.Quantitative analysis was performed in two different methods,including Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Finally,according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the risk control strategy of intelligent power distribution terminal project is given,and the specific control measures are put forward for the risk of intelligent distribution terminal project.
