Research On The Human Resource Management Strategy In Oil Refinery Of Daqing Refining & Petrochemical Company

On the background of Economic Globalization, for existence, development and rich profit, an enterprise should improve the overall competition and stresse the competition superiority. However, business competition is essentially a competition in human resources. Rational distribution of human resources, and the human resources quality directly restricts the development of enterprises.Therefore, human resources management, as the most important part of corporate management, gets more and more attention.This dissertation takes the oil refinery of Daqing Refining and Petrochemical Company as the investigative object, and then makes the human resources management strategic planning for the oil refinery of Daqing Refining and Petrochemical Company. In this paper, the current situation and long-term accumulation of problems of human resources management are deep understanding and grasp. On this basis, this paper develops the human resources management strategy to adapt to enterprise development of the oil refinery of Daqing Refining and Petrochemical Company. At last, this paper proposed countermeasures for human resources management strategic planning.The development of human resources strategic planning for human resources management issues of the oil refinery of Daqing Refining and Petrochemical Company in this paper, which is to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, to effectively promote further improvement of enterprise management, and to provide strong support to achieve long-term strategic objectives, is aim to consolidate its strategic position in the Daqing Refining and Petrochemical Company. At the same time, many theories and operational practices in this study, involving common problems with other factories in the same background as the oil refinery of Daqing Refining and Petrochemical Company, as well as other state-owned oil refining and chemical production enterprises in the same level, has an important reference and guidance to these enterprises.
