With the rapid development of economy and information technology, the market environment appeared significant change, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce, regardless of the external economy and enterprise itself, the cooperation is an important way for enterprise innovation, relying on cooperation to get the required benefits has become the important competitive advantage of enterprises. Most of existing research on cooperative relationship stands in the perspective of the static analysis of key factors of influencing the cooperation, without analyzing the relationship between the needs of the enterprise and the influence factors and the cooperative behavior. The growth of enterprises is a gradual, demand will vary at different periods, demand influence behavior,so will cause the differential relations of cooperation. Therefore, in this paper, based on the perspective of enterprises need analysis the cooperation method of matching between supply chain members, it can let the supply chain on cooperation between the node enterprises to maintain long-term effective development.In this paper, based on the theory of enterprises need, expand cooperation method of matching between supply chain members and innovative research. First, carry on the summary to the related literature at home and abroad and the related theory and method, it is concluded that the enterprise needs to level from low to high has experienced the following four stages: existence needs, order needs, ethics needs and self-actualization needs; the influence factors between supply chain members have the following five: relationship benefits, communication, relationship commitment, shared value and specific asset investment. Secondly, analyze the relationship between relationship commitment and other four factors as well as the relationship between relationship commitment and cooperation behavior. Then on the basis of above analysis, relational commitment as intermediary variables, four hierarchy of needs as control variables to build hypothesis model of the cooperation path between supply chain members. Model validation is that the related data of the survey questionnaire are analyzed empirically by using the SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0software. Finally, according to the empirical results of the cooperation path of different needs of enterprises to matching the appropriate method of cooperation for the supply chain members belong to a hierarchy of needs and different hierarchy of needs, and introduced the concept of innovation network, four kinds of innovation cooperation mode between supply chain members can be gained by analyzing: closed——hierarchy cooperation, closed——flat cooperation, open — — hierarchy cooperation and open — — flat cooperation and analyzed the selection basis of four different innovation cooperation mode.
