The Research Of Influence Factors And Profit Assignment Model Of Supply Chain Cooperation Relationship Based On Lifecycle

With the increasing competitive marketing environment, supply chain management is used bymore and more enterprisers to obtain more profit and continued competitiveness. Supply chainconstruction is the foundation of supply chain management, and the core of supply chainconstruction is supply cooperation relationship, therefore the quality of supply cooperationrelationship is very important for supply chain management. However, the formation, motivation,the object scope and the time span of the cooperation among supply chain members is different.The cooperation relationship among supply chain members is always dynamic, if it is managedbadly, the cooperation relationship will become intense or even broken. Therefore lifecycle theorywas used to study supply chain cooperation relationship in this paper form dynamic angle. Withdevelopment view and combined with real situation in different supply chain cooperation stage,the key factors that influence the supply chain cooperation in different lifecycle stage was studiedwith examples. Relational profit sharing strategies was proposed to maintain the relationshipwhich has vital significance in the continually development of supply chain cooperationrelationship.This article took supply chain cooperation as the research objective. Firstly, the research goaland significance of this paper was indicated and the domestic and foreign research about supplychain cooperation and lifecycle was summarized. Then the relational supply chain cooperationrelationship lifecycle theory was expatiated and the meaning and development history of supplychain cooperation relationship was introduced, the weakness of the method that divides the supplychain cooperation relationship lifecycle stage by the volume of trade and profit sharing waspointed, and the relationship commitment was change with the development of the relationship,the relationship commitment function was built. And supply chain cooperation relationship wasdivided into four stages by relationship commitment which is germination stage, growth stage,maturity stage and decline stage and the different characteristic of each stage was analyzedsubsequently. With the analysis of the factors that influence supply chain cooperation relationshipand the relationship in these key factors, the model that the key influence factors in supply chaincooperation relationship through relationship commitment to influence supply chain cooperationrelationship was built, and examples was used to studied the relationship among these key factorswhich can influence supply chain cooperation relationship in different stage and mutual influencedegree. Finally, the maintenance strategies in different stage of supply chain cooperationrelationship were studied form profit sharing angle. Sharing reward model, fixed reward modeland mix reward model was built separately in germination stage, growth stage and maturity stagebased on the front research content. Different profit sharing model was used in different stage topromote the supply chain cooperation relationship from one stage to the next stage continually sothat the cooperation relationship can be developed stably and continually.
