Under thepressure of the raising of interest rates in the macro-environment, manufacturingenterprise have to choose to reduce expenses and costs from the business process.More and more manufacturing enterprises and their suppliers begin to choose toreform the cooperation relationship of supply chain to improve the efficiency of thewhole supply chain, and then save the whole enterprise operating costs., which canalso improve the efficiency of the economy and strengthen the competitive advantage.This paper focuses on the cooperation relationship of supply chain of R company,and through to the introduction and analysis of the current situation of R company’scooperative relationship of supply chain, points out the existing problems, which ismainly reflects in the response to the customer, the management of the suppliers, thecontrol of inventory amount, the implementation of the plan of production and theapplication of information system. Through to the analysis of the internal factors andexternal factors which is affecting R company’s operating of supply chain, points outthe key problems which have to be seized in the improving of R company’scooperative relationship of supply chain, which include determine the measureindicators and maintain the cooperation’s guarantee factors. Through to the analysis ofpower and significance of improving the R company’s cooperative relationship ofsupply chain, points out the necessity and feasibility of the improving. Based on this,this paper puts forward the concrete measures to improve R company’s cooperativerelationship of supply chain and the key mechanisms to perfect the relationship and soon. The analysis can help R company strengthen the management of its suppliers,further information communication with suppliers, improve the delivery rate of theraw material and through the information sharing and application of supply chainproduction plan and control theory, the whole supply chain’s efficiency has beenimproved, which also will improves the running states of R company’s supply chain..This can also help R company establish good cooperation relationship with itspartners, reduce the transaction costs of R company and increase the value of thewhole supply chain which also has important meaning in the sustained and healthydevelopment of the other enterprises of the chain.Based on the theory of supply chain management, principal-agent theory,transaction cost theory, value chain theory and the theory of strategic alliance, thispaper select R company as the research object for empirical research, analysis thecooperative relationship of supply chain of R company and draw the correspondingconclusion.In the end, the paper points out that the good cooperation relations help toimprove the operation performance of the whole supply chain and maximize theenterprise benefits, and enterprise should pay attention to the management ofcooperative relationship of supply chain. Then the analysis’s limitations are pointedout which include the integrity and update of the data and the management ofcooperation relationship and how to match the member enterprises’ strategic.
