Cooperation is increasinglybecoming the main way to get external resources and actualize strategic management of enterprises. Ithas the theoretical and practical significance for exploring how to build and enhance the partnershipsbetween members of the supply chain. Although the motivation of business cooperation is analyzed, theorigination of the motivation and which motivation occupies a predominant position in certain stageduring the growth process of the enterprises are failed to explain. The cooperative behavior of enterprisesis the selection which is made under the dominant motivation and constraints and stimulation ofenvironment. So the cooperation of members on supply chain is studied from the new perspective of thehierarchy of enterprise needs in order to provide some substantive help for practical activity of thecooperation of supply chain.The cooperation and stability of supply chain is studied results from the hierarchy of enterpriseneeds in the paper. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the paper is defined while the the domestic andforeign research about theory of hierarchy of enterprise needs and the cooperation of supply chain issummarized. Secondly, theory of hierarchy of enterprise needs and the cooperation of supply chain aredescribed. Hierarchy of enterprise needs is divided into existence needs, order needs, ethics needs andself-actualization needs. Thirdly, the key influencing factors of the cooperation of supply chain areidentified, which includes relationship benefits, communication, shared value, specific asset investmentand relationship commitment. Relationship commitment is made as mediate variable while the fourhierarchies of enterprise needs is made as control variables. On this basis, cooperative behavior pathmodel of enterprises in the supply chain is built. Relevant data is collected through questionnaires andempirical analysis and hypothesis testing are took by SPSS and AMOS software in order to reveal thecooperative behavior path of different hierarchies of enterprise needs in supply chain.
