Research On The Development Strategy Of “Internet + Agriculture” In Henan Province

As the mutual promotion of information technology and economic globalization,information economy has gradually become the focus of national development.Under this background,agriculture as the foundation of the national economy industry,development of "Internet + agriculture" must become the only way to realize agricultural modernization by promoting deeply integration of the Internet information technology and the whole process of agricultural production.The essence of the "Internet + agriculture" is to use the Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and the other Internet information technology to change the way of traditional agriculture production by combining the four resources again,which are the information flow,cash flow,business flow and logistics integration.And on this basis we will break the original mode of agricultural production organization and management to realize intelligent and standardization and large-scale in agricultural production,the commercialization and electronic in agricultural products sales and the socialization in agricultural services.Based on the research of agricultural location theory,agricultural multi-functionality theory,urban-rural integration theory,growth pole theory,technology incubation innovation theory and sustainable development theory,plus the connotation and characteristics of the "Internet + agriculture",this thesis advances to build a new theory system of “Internet + agriculture” development exploratory,which is looking forward to provide valuable theoretical basis for the establishment of development strategy.in Henan Province.Studies suggest that by advancing "Internet + agriculture",in agricultural production,sales of agricultural products and agricultural services,Henan Province has a certain change,effectively promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure,construction of agricultural information and the development of agricultural products brand,meanwhile increasing the farmers' income and improving the farmers' passion to come back home to start a business.However,if Henan Province wants to make considerable progress in the development of "Internet + agriculture",Henan Province must bases on the reality to formulate a development strategy of "Internet + agriculture" so that can Enhance the integration of agricultural resources efficiency,Structural reform to boost agricultural supply side,deepen the implementation of poverty alleviation policy accurately and Strengthen regional competitiveness of agriculture.Through the SWOT analysis of agricultural economy in Henan Province,Henan Province truly has a lot of internal advantage and external opportunities during the development of "Internet + agriculture",such as rich natural resources,geographical advantage and strong agricultural development foundation.In favorable conditions,however we should also clearly realize there also has a lot of problems,such as adoption of the Internet of things is slow,the level of agricultural e-commerce applications is low,environment of network security is poor,cold chain and logistics system can't keep up.Above all,basic reason lies in insufficient agricultural information infrastructure construction,less of agricultural capital investment,weak in the government leading role,lack of information professionals and the limited in farmers' cultural level.Therefore,in order to guide the construction of "Internet + agriculture" well,planning to develop a development strategy of "Internet + agriculture" in Henan Province allows no delay.Full text research emphasis is to develop a systematic planning of "Internet + agriculture" development strategy in Henan Province,putting forward the guiding ideology,strategic principles,strategic objectives,strategic task,strategic focus and strategic measures in the development of "Internet + agriculture" in Henan Province.Research conclusion points out that in order to construct more efficiently in "Internet + agriculture",in the future Henan Province needs to promote the construction in agricultural artificial intelligence,agricultural e-commerce,rural logistics system construction,agricultural product quality safety traceability system,agricultural big data,agricultural service information,agriculture economy demonstration area construction and so on seven big areas,strengthen government function guarantee system perfectly,promote the development of the Internet and agriculture in the whole industry chain integration deeply,strengthen the construction of rural information infrastructure well and innovation to form a new professional team.
