Enterprise culture is the soul of the enterprise, and is the source of enterprise's competitiveness and sustainable development. Strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, is conducive to strengthening the cohesion of the enterprise, and further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the new historical period, to a certain extent, the fundamental gap between enterprises is not technical equipment, nor is the management of the hardware, but in the management of the software, is the difference between corporate culture. All along, because of the special nature of the management system of the tobacco industry in our country, the cultural construction of many domestic tobacco enterprises is not very mature, still in the initial stage of exploration. At present, the tobacco industry is facing the dual pressures of external competition and internal reform, how to strengthen and improve the construction of enterprise culture, which is a problem to be solved. The correct evaluation and diagnosis of corporate culture has an important role in building a strong culture and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper focuses on the of the Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture carries on the system analysis, summary of formation and present situation of the Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture,through evaluation of diagnostic method of Denison organizational culture model to the analysis of the Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture, find the Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture advantages and foot, explore the direction of the future development of the Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture, enable enterprises to better grasp the advantages and problems,which lead to the sustained and healthy development of enterprise.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is theintroduction of the research significance, ideas, contents and methods, and discusses the basic theory of corporate culture, review relevant research literature, including: enterprise culture origin, definition and function, as well as the tobacco industry corporate culture research literature. The second part discuss Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture development and current situation, including: influence of the Hengyang tobacco enterprises, the basic situation of the regional culture of the Hengyang tobacco culture positioning, Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture construction process, and the status quo of the Hengyang tobacco culture investigation and analysis of.The third part carries on the appraisal diagnosis to the Hengyang tobacco enterprise culture present situation, including: the introduction, the appraisal diagnosis investigation and the statistics, finally analyzes the Hengyang tobacco culture to the enterprise's function.
