Logistics is a promising"sunrise industry"in the 21st century. Known as an advanced organization and management techniques,modern logistics, referred to as the "third profit source" of the industry, has become one of the hot points in the world economic development. Moreover, China's modern logistics industry, which has stayed in rising stage, is an important industrial sectors and new economic growth point in China's economic development. Corporate culture is the key to success of the enterprise competition, thus outstanding enterprise culture is an overwhelming strength in the field of competition, which has further meaning in reality for Chinese logistics companies. However, there has always been a blank situation of culture built-up in most of the logistics companies at home. And it appears to be dramatically urgent as for how to cope with the reality of lagged-behind enterprise culture as well as the non-stop flow inside and rapid development of foreign logistics companies.Based on the status quo, this article explicates deeply into the relative theory of corporate culture and its application, which provides logistics corporate culture with a theoretical support and lays a foundation for the establishment of the evaluation index system. According to the design principles of the evaluation index system of corporate culture, together with the status quo of China's logistics enterprises, the initial set of 13 indicators, Namely, a higher sense of social responsibility, ambitious development goals, a clear mission, a sound system of codes of conduct, corporate leadership structure and leadership style, employee grooming instrument, a sound corporate culture network, equity incentives, emphasis on employee ability staff functions and powers conferred moderate, strong innovative and progressive nature of the choice of the road to sustainable development, enterprise wide sharing of information. And then carry out field surveys on the effectiveness of indicator system testing, the evaluation index system of logistics corporate culture can be designed to 4 levels, with 10 specific indicators. The connotation of each indicator is also explained in this paper. After that, by the use of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Gray Theory, along with the model application of Baisha logistics, this article has confirmed that this mathematical model may have some operability.The article adopts the research methods to combine the theory elaboration with practical summary, unify the empirical study with the standard research, merge he qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, conducts the research as far as possible from the multi-positional perspectives to the related problems of constructional comments on corporate culture of logistics industry. According to the basic connotation of enterprise culture and the establishment of index system of the basic principles, it design a more comprehensive, scientific and practical evaluation index system of corporate culture on the use of qualitative indicators to evaluate the degree of membership assignment method, the quantitative indicators used to evaluate grid access method . Corporate culture using AHP method to determine the weight of evaluation index, based on the previous studies to build a more scientific and more accurate evaluation model of corporate culture by the use of fuzzy mathematics, and conducted a practical application and demonstration which has a certain reference value for the objective evaluation of business cultural situation.
