The tobacco industry in China is a special industry, market operation mechanism is relatively inflexible, most of the tobacco companies generally ignore the importance of performance appraisal, it is difficult to play a real and effective management of its scientific value.Therefore, the use of modern management theory, the establishment of a sound performance appraisal system for the tobacco industry to promote tobacco companies have an important role in economic development.Taking Hengyang Tobacco Company as the research object,follow identify problems- analysis of the problem- problem-solving research ideas, utilization literature research, field analysis, comparative analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the status of performance appraisal Hengyang Tobacco Company, questions and analyze the causes of the problem, and then propose specific countermeasures. Obtained through field investigation:Hengyang Tobacco Company's existing performance appraisal management deficiencies, some indicators unreasonable design, assessment, saying the application is not properly evaluate the results and the like; a comprehensive in-depth business analysis, the presence of internaltobacco company Hengyang imperfect organizational structure,management low level, the system is not perfect, low level of information,personnel and corporate culture immature concept behind such issues;this, Hengyang article optimize tobacco companies improve existing performance appraisal system, we are working on improving the performance appraisal methods, rich performance assessment content,optimize the performance appraisal process, the application of performance evaluation results, strengthen communication and performance evaluation and other aspects of proposed ways to improve;and finally, from the organization, management, systems, personnel,technology and culture ensure the effective implementation of the Hengyang tobacco company performance.By building a comprehensive performance management system,designed to increase the tobacco business momentum, the core competitiveness.
