| The field of enterprise management research has seen a dramatic growth in its perspective as enterprise management theory advances,with a particular emphasis on the deep exploration of corporate culture.As a traditional local government investment and financing platform enterprise,JY company is confronted with the coexistence of opportunities and risks in the increasingly fierce international competition environment.Due to the loss of internal resource allocation and labor allocation in the market competition,and the major changes in the organizational structure,The enterprise must strive to foster internal vitality and sustainable growth by integrating both internal and external resources,as well as creating a corporate culture that is both internal and external.JY company needs to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of its existing corporate culture,To ascertain the optimal construction course and to give robust backing for its growth with the formation of corporate culture.The purpose of this paper is to assess JY’s core values through a cultural lens.Through interviews,a thorough analysis of the JY company’s fundamental state was conducted,we have an in-depth understanding of the six aspects of the OCAI organizational culture scale: leading characteristics,leadership skills,staff management,cohesion,strategic focus and success standards of the status quo and existing problems.Combined with the interview results of different levels,find the causes of problems in corporate culture construction.Using intuitive and operational strong OCAI organization culture scale,questionnaires to all staff,received 95 effective samples,through the six dimensions of the team,dynamic,market and level of four types and expected score,found that the enterprise culture is mainly hierarchical culture,and employees expect is a team culture.A thorough examination of the ratings of corporate culture types of personnel of varying genders,ages,and roles is warranted,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures.In the cultural construction,improve the team culture.On specific measures,improve the material layer culture,strengthening behavior culture,standard system layer culture,concise spiritual culture,and from set up a special team,set up special funds,formulate relevant system,cultivating talents safeguard measures of enterprise culture construction,solve enterprise culture "into the brain,heart,into the line" problem,It is hoped that,through the assessment of JY’s present corporate culture,it will supply guidance and views for the subsequent formation of corporate culture,thus guaranteeing that enterprise culture construction metrics are established on the ground.The company’s development strategy should be bolstered by the incorporation of corporate culture,thereby facilitating JY’s more secure and accelerated growth.Additionally,it is anticipated that this will serve as a benchmark for the cultural formation of firms in analogous industries. |
