Research On China Nuclear Construction Group Financial Rish Management

Prevention and control of enterprise's financial risk is the basis for enterprise survival and development. Because fail to prevent and control the financial risk, many enterprises have to seek bankruptcy protection, which bring huge losses to the enterprise itself and social. As the aggravating of the market competition, the financial risk which companies facing increase. Due to its capital structure and governance structure is more complex than that the general enterprises, the difficulty of enterprise group's financial risk management increases. Therefore, to analyze enterprise group's financial risk by using scientific methods and to propose specific solutions is very important for business development.Starting with reviewing the basic theory of enterprise group's financial risk management, at first this paper describes the definitions of enterprise group's financial risk management, and states the theory and methods about the main current risk analysis, evaluation and internal control. Second, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis on financial risk of China Nuclear Construction Group, through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, by making use of the main data and financial indicators of China Nuclear ConstructionGroup, and then, I gave an evaluation of financial indicators at base of the analysis. It is found the there is a serious financial risk in Construction Group though the comprehensive analysis. At the same time, this paper analyses the factor which cause financial risk of Nuclear Construction Group from inside and outside respects and it is found the inside factor are as following:Corporate governance structure reform of Nuclear Construction Group is not yet complete; Risk management consciousness to strengthen; Risk management system is not perfect; Financial management control needs to be strengthened and the outside factor are as following:he influence of the macro economic situation; The influence of national policy; The influence of the cycle. Finally, in view of Nuclear Construction Group financial risk causes, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions as follows:To perfect the corporate governance structure; To strengthen the consciousness risk management; To improve financial risk management system; To ascend financial risk management abilityThough this conclusion is drawn for China Nuclear Construction Group, but it also provided some reference for the financial risk management to the groups in the growth stage.
