China's Enterprise Groups, Financial Risk Management Study

With the strengthening of globalization and improving of the market mechanism, the competition between enterprises is getting more and more fierce. The enterprises are facing more finance risks, especially for the enterprise groups. Mostly in recent years many group companies like China Aviation Oil get out of control of their risk management. So to emphasis on the management of risks and specially on finance risk management is the main topic of the enterprises.. This dissertation starts from definition of the enterprise group, analyize the present situation and mechanism of the finance risk management for the enterprise group, mainly focuses on how to efficiently realize the management of finance risks for the enterprise group in our country and makes a systematic research on related questions of finance risk management for the enterprise group. The dissertation emphasizeshasises on theoretical research and tries to discover the rules and specialities of the finance risk management for the enterprise group with real examples. And raised several suggestions forto improvinge the management standard of finance risks of the enterprise group of our country. so that to let theory combines practice and make the research of finance risk management of the enterprise group practical and instructional.Standard study method and method with examples of study are used in the dissertation. It includes the identification, appraisal, prevention and controlling system for the finance risk management of enterprise group.The fifth part introduces the methods to deal with the finance risks of the enterprise group in our country. The methods are to strengthen the sense of management for the finance risks, centralize the capital controlling for the group, perfect the finance management system, improve the finance supervisationion system and set up finance information system, complete the reporting system inside the group, enforce the finance management in ERP system and s and set up earlypre-warning system of the enterprise group..
