Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Technology Extension System Construction In Jingzhou City Of Hubei Province

Agricultural modernization needs agricultural science and technology. Agricultural science and technology need agricultural extension. With the development of modern science and technology, the agricultural science and technology become more and more and it is necessary to carry out effective agricultural extension work to the agricultural productive forces. Only the agricultural extension can combines science and technology and agricultural production better and directly. Only the agricultural extension can combines the peasants demand and the science and technology closely. Agricultural technology extension system is the organization system to help agricultural extension, which is the basis of agricultural extension and has a very important role in the development of agriculture in China. Therefore, the data analysis of Jingzhou City and the research on the problem of agricultural extension system is very important to solve the problem of agricultural extension system.This paper first reviews the relevant theories of agricultural technology extension at home and abroad, and then reviews the development process of Agricultural Technology Extension System in China. Then this paper through the method of literature research, system analysis and comparative analysis, analyzes the problems in the construction of Agricultural Technology Extension System in Jingzhou city. This paper draws that the main problems of the Jingzhou City’s Agricultural Technology Extension system are a lack of communication between the organizations of agricultural technology extension system, no sufficient funds for agricultural technology promotion, the imperfect development of the Agricultural Technology Extension System, and the low quality of promotion personnel. Finally, referring to the experience of the western developed countries in the construction of agricultural technology extension system, in view of the problems in the process of the construction of Agricultural Technology Extension System in Jingzhou City, this paper puts forward the five aspects of countermeasures. The countermeasures are giving full play to the leading role of the government, introducing market mechanism into agricultural technology extension, strengthening the professional quality of the basic level agricultural technology extension personnel, strengthening the agricultural colleges and agricultural role in agricultural technology promotion and improve the promotion efficiency of agricultural technology extension institutions.
