On the 21st century, the modern enterprises face much more scorching competition because change, including the science's advancement, the economy's development, the forming of the global information network and market, and so on. The logistics begin to play an important role in the reducing the product cost and improving the acuity for the market changes. Nowadays, although the logistic development of our country's manufacture enterprises improves much more, it still gets behind much more than the developed countries. So, in the times that the environment of market competition is complex on the up-and-up, constructing the individual logistic network system according to the enterprise practicality of its own becomes one of key points to win the market competition.Although the existing studied literatures on the logistic network system of manufacture enterprises have enriched much, they are short of the tight relation with the new economy market competition characteristic. The topic of this research is the key nodes location of the manufacture enterprise logistic network system. Based on the reviewed and summarized the existing studied literatures, the following studied subjects which are the selection of manufacture enterprise's suppliers, the location of logistic centers and the evaluation of logistic centers location project are studied profound form point of views which are uncertainty, promptitude, integration and developments in order to provide some new methods and ideas about the programming on logistic network of the manufacture enterprise.Firstly the index system of the manufacture enterprise suppler evaluation is established based on analyzing the market environment characteristic of current manufacture enterprise .Using reference to the fault diagnosis and pattern recognition method which is adopted to deal with the uncertain information in the engineering domain, a basic frame of supplier selection based on evidential theory is offered, and the evidential theory reasoning model of supplier evaluation is constructed subsequently. In the course of model constructing, aiming at the shortness of current method to ascertain the index weight, a new method of the index weight ascertained are offered based on the Delphi and entropy measure.Secondly, the one-period robust location model of distribution logistics centers with chance constrained programming which used for reference to the basic thinking about robust design in the manufacture engineer domain and took the total cost and the cost change as the target in the condition of uncertain about the customers requirement and the manufacture center's supply power is constructed. A multiple-period robust dynamic location model of distribution logistics centers with chance constrained programming which divided the program period to a few representative cycle according to the characteristic of changing randomly requirement and took the total cost and the cost change as the target, is established based on the one-period robust location model. An one-period and an multiple-period robust model of logistics centers location with chance constrained programming based on supply network and distribution network integrated are established by following conditions: Taking the robust as the basic point, using the chance constrained programming as the basic model constructing tool, taking the total cost and cost change as the target in the condition of uncertain about the requirement, material and the manufacture center's supply power.Then, a combination genetic algorithm (GA) based on the random simulation technique is designed to solve the above models. The rationality and validity of the location models and the corresponding combination GA are demonstrated by actual application.
