With increasingly competition in the market system, the market strategy mechanism has begun to transit from market-oriented to customer and service oriented. With the development of Communication Industry, gigantic database has accumulated, and those data has potential values and profound eff ect. Data mining technology could not only help organizations to make effective decisions, but also solve their urgent needs, thus improving organizations' maximum profit.Information management system is achieved via mechanism revolution, and it has accumulated amount of customer and sales data, which has positive effect on CRM concepts and targets. With the integration of data mining technology and CRM system, organizations could precisely analyze customer information in time, find the valuable information behind, and make corresponding marketing decision to maximum customers' benefit. Thus achieving the real realization of customer-oriented service.Data mining technology plays an important role in CRM system, and this paper demonstrated how to use data mining technology in CRM system based on the premise of customer data information in three aspects: first of all, the paper introduced the basic theory, current status and the importance of data mining technology in customer relationship management as well as and elaborated the workflow of data mining technology in CRM system. Secondly, it showed how to perform customer classification, make cross selling strategy, analysize customers' requirement, implement algorithm and manage customer relationship. Last b ut not least, it improved mobile customer data mining technology and the construction of data warehouse.
