How to establish and perfect network trading of food safety supervision mechanism, the effective implementation of the network trading of food safety supervision, to promote the healthy and orderly development of the network of food trading market, is one of the hot focus of common concern to society as a whole, but also the functions of the government sector, logistics and trading platform facing a new task and challenge.At first, this paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the network of food trade, on the basis of aiming at the shortcomings of the current network trading of food safety supervision mechanism, based on research of the foreign developed countries commodity trading network monitoring and supervision of food safety, China food network transaction security supervision system construction provides theoretical guidance and experience for reference. Effects of food network transaction security supervision long-term mechanism to run the necessity and feasibility are analyzed, and through the construction of the third party network trading platform, put forward focusing on long-term regulatory network trading of food safety regulatory system model, to construct a has full supervision, collaborative linkage supervision, pipe tracing, punishment and support services combined, the whole society to participate in the opening of the symbiotic system.
