Chinese economy has increased rapidly and achieved distinguished in decades.However,China is still in the social transformation and contradiction period,managers and staffs need mental health care to relieve stress,work efficiency,life quality and problem solution ability in family.It has been known that 14 Foxcon staffs suicide in 2010,enterprises pay more attention to Employee Assistance Programs(EAP)and establish their own EAP system.Since EAP has been used in the western countries,the exploration of local strategy has practical significance to improve enterprise management level and core competitiveness.This dissertation includes literature investigation,case study and questionnaire servey methodologies to study the EAP implementation in a large state-owned enterprise.It can be said that the enterprise's EAP mode has been influent by traditional work pattern and culture.It combines duties of the Party,Labour union and HR department,and also the EAP service.In the context,the lack of professional personnel of the EAP mode may result to some programmatic and systematic problems.In the meantime,employees may be unfamiliar with enterprise EAP implementation and the system can not work effectively.Based on the problems found out in the research,the dissertation investigates the aspect of domestic EAP development promotion,EAP long-term operation mechanism formation,and EAP practice content optimization and enterprise human resources management improvement.In conclude,the paper attempts to explore the effectiveness supervision of EAP implementation with the effective angle,and hope the enterprise may pay more attention to service effectiveness analysis of employee perspective during the implementation of related employee welfare services.
