Employee assistance program (Employee Assistance Programs, referred to as EAP) is popular in foreign countries in recent years, is concerned about the employees’ psychological health and psychological problems to solve the enterprise service project. As enterprise human resources management is an emerging field of study and practice, EAP at the beginning and development of enterprises in our country is in recent years began, there is a big research space. At the same time, in the global knowledge economy, information, background, many domestic enterprises are facing technology updates, mergers and restructuring, reform, coupled with the market risk, the pressure gradually increase. In the context of this trend and requirements, more and more enterprise to the staffs quality and ability, work pressure increases, various physiological and psychological problems associated with working pressure increasing, personal effectiveness and organization has been greatly challenged. Under this background, enterprises introduce EAP, to promote their physical and mental health, improve the staffs psychological state, so as to improve the personal and enterprise performance has a positive and practical significance.Firstly, the basic content of EAP and its development at home and abroad to do be concise and to the point that. Secondly, elaborated the S Mobile’s internal and external environment, including the industry background, corporate culture, organizational structure and the S mobile. In order to better understand the EAP project implementation in S mobile, with three typical cases to illustrate reflect. The implementation of EAP project of S mobile personal status, to enhance the work enthusiasm and the work life has brought the fundamental change.
