In twenty-first Century,the pace of economic globalization more and more quickly,the arrival of the era of knowledge explosion of information.As the hotel human resource intensive industries in the environment so severe to obtain long-term sustainable development,for the development and management of human resources is more and more important,and performance management is the foundation of human resources management,through the establishment of a scientific and effective the performance management system,can help enterprises to achieve their strategic goals,promote enterprise performance,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The hotel is to provide service products for customers,with its bright characteristics,such as hotel service products and intangible production and consumption at the same time,the hotel staff to participate in the service process,provide face to face to the customer,high contact service.Scientific and rational human resource management,will effectively stimulate staff's work enthusiasm,improve the overall hotel service The service level,increase the degree of customer recognition,so as to bring the hotel operating efficiency improvement,but also enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel.The effective management will fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff in the work,to stimulate their innovation and creativity,and always adhere to the enterprise is highly consistent with the project goal,and consciously safeguard the interests of the company,reduce the waste of resources,reduce unnecessary losses.The most efficient use of such management will realize the resources,but also can reduce the loss of the proportion of employees,to lay the foundation for sustainable development of the hotel,the hotel and help to achieve the ultimate goal of profit maximization.This key problem based on the performance management,select the JH hotel as the research object.Through the research on the characteristics and the status of the employee performance management of each link,the performance management theory,combined with the research of the hotel management experts and academic experts into Fruit,to the hotel's own experience as the starting point,internal management problems in the existing hotel research,analyze the problems of deep-seated reasons,to explore the reasonable solution.In comprehensive consideration to the theoretical rationality and practical operation of the premise,for the hotel of human resource management design a set of employee performance management system,to help enterprises to improve management efficiency,thereby increasing the hotel in the industry's competitiveness.
