Human resource management is the key function of the enterprise management, it is displaying more and more functions in the modern enterprise's management, and the performance management is the key content of human's resources management. And the performance review is essential link of the performance management. It plays a decisive role in realizing strategic target of the enterprise.At present, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of the performance management, and plan to carry on the performance management. But because of the manager's erroneous zone in understanding and their own insufficiency abilities in management, most of them feel so fear of the performance management that no one dares to carry out it. either because the insufficiency design on performance management and the lack of correct instruction in the operating process. The result is nothing, or we can say, it is little good. The management level of majority enterprises in China was at the low level .The human's resources management is also so. So the level of the performance management can just achieve the stage of simple imitation, but not the nimble utilization, which could unify own situations to solve the problem of the performance management. It's an effective way to establish a kind of practical and simple pattern for those mid-small scale enterprises, which didn't set up the system of the performance management under this kind of condition.This article is designed with the performance management system of TP Corporation, attempts to find out a pathway and helps the enterprise to set up a practical,simple,easy to operate and the highly-effective system of performance management. And it can also offer some opinions for enterprise's development.This article first states the background of selecting the topic and the meaning of researching. Then it summarized the related theory of the performance management. Then diagnosis and design on TP Corporation's performance management on this foundation. And it puts the emphasis on the influence related aspect and the matters needing attention when carrying on the performance management. Finally it draws the conclusion: the success of performance management depend on whether it contact with the company goal , whether all member of company join in it, whether it is a systemically process, and whether it is long-time's correction.
