Research On Operation Mechanism Of Enterprise Financial Shared Services

Nowadays,economy is entering a new stage about transformation and upgrade in China,with shifting and regulating.Then,people focus attention on how to implement financial shared services in a better way,to help companies reduce costs,unify standards,strengthen management and control.Since the Financial Shared Services and its operational mechanism in the country is still in the initial exploration period,its reference standard is not unified,and thus many problems revealed in the course of its implementation and operation,for which companies need to fully focus on the various factors which constituting Financial Shared Services operating mechanism and the relationship between them.In order to focus on key and to perfect it.This paper found a phenomenon by reading a systematic literature study on Enterprise finance shared services operating mechanism,that most of the currently available literature are belong to qualitative analysis,less in Empirical research and quantitative analysis,and domestic scholars often conduct research on some aspects of shared services operating mechanism,Such as parsing the concept,connotation,characteristics and effects,or conduct research on the influencing factors through case.Thus,there haven't developed a comprehensive set of standards because of according to a systems perspective to analyze the operating mechanism is relative scarcity.Based on this,this paper then reveal problems of shared services operating mechanism by analyzing,and summarizes the corresponding factors in the problem of operating mechanism in a further study.Then using empirical analysis method,collecting data by questionnaires and adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),to improve the financial shared services operation mechanism as the target layer,the factors include base business operations,strategic planning,process management,information systems,organization and management as an intermediate layer.Then construct a hierarchical structure model,and construct judgment matrix of factors based on expert opinion,combine with Yaahp Version 6.0 software for analysis.After that Determine the factors to meet the conformance requirements in the weights,finally get conclusions based on the analyze data.This paper not only reveals what should be done and how to proceed to improve the operating mechanism,but also to verify the relationship between its constituent elements,highlighting the focus and making some suggestions,thus promoting the construction and improvement of financial shared service operation mechanism in theory.
