Development Of Agricultural Industrialization In Pingyang

As one of the State Council approved the first batch of open coastal counties,Pingyang county has long been committed to the development of modern agriculture, the formation of a good development situation of industry overall coordination, high product quality, brand, and constantly improve the level of agricultural industrialization. However,there are still many problems in the process of the development of agricultural industrialization in Pingyang county. In view of this, the author takes Pingyang County as an example, conducts the research to the development of agricultural industrialization in Wenzhou city.In this paper, the development of agricultural industrialization in Wenzhou city as the research object, taking Pingyang County as a case study, the economies of scale theory,industry association theory and cooperation theory as the theoretical basis, research, in view of the Pingyang county characteristic industrial development, agricultural industrialization development. A comprehensive analysis of the agricultural industry in Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, the problems include the leading enterprises are in small scale, management level is not high; small-scale farmers, economies of scale difficult to play; the relationship between leading enterprises and agricultural interests conflict; quality of agricultural workers is low; the rural financial system is not perfect etc.. Based on this,combined with the specific circumstances of Pingyang County agricultural development,the optimization of organizational structure is reasonable; to perfect the system of flexible mechanism; functional role of powerful development goals. The development of agricultural industrialization theory; by relying on regional advantages, the development of ideas for the development of agricultural product processing industry focus. Upholding the benefit principle, the principle of balance of interests, the principle of sustainable development. Take the leading enterprise; professional cooperative organization drive industry; leading industry type and the intermediary organization drive mode the mode of agricultural industrialization. And put forward the growth of the leading enterprises;accelerate the development of specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers,improve the degree of organization; coupling mechanism of interests within the system of agricultural industrialization of agricultural production; improve the staff quality level;Countermeasure of perfecting the rural financial system construction, so as to provide reference for the realization of sustainable development of agricultural industrialization in Pingyang county.
