With the continuous development of social economy, per capita income increased, some optional consumer goods will change to be consumer goods, such as health care products,cosmetics, some traditional food companies are also seeking transformation, and the transformation of enterprises is very important period of strategic development, this paper takes BH company as the research object, study the development of the company strategy.First of all, the first part of this paper is to study the development background and the situation of the bee products industry, and think that the development strategy of BH company has important significance to the enterprise itself and the industry. It has the academic research and practical value. The second part, through the literature analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, set up the enterprise development strategy of the connotation,theoretical basis and analysis tools, and a brief description of the. The third part analyzes the current situation and the main problems of BH company. Through the research, we found that BH company has become the leading enterprise in the national bee products industry, in the continuous development of reform, the formation of the industry voice, brand influence,purchasing power, enterprise system and other aspects of the relative competitive advantage.But it still faces many problems and challenges, including business development, brand issues,organizational functions, etc..In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses SWOT analysis method, in-depth study of the internal and external environment of BH company, as a reference case,summarizes their successful experience and enterprise's own characteristics and shortcomings,and puts forward the development strategy of enterprise development strategy, that is, BH funds strength is not enough to support radical development model, need to have more than one product, clear business focus, more balanced and reasonable structure system.The fifth part of this paper focuses on the analysis of the development strategy in two aspects: the improvement of cross industry and brand development strategy and regional development strategy improvement; the former refers to the Ganning BH products as the focus, has the plan to complete the perfect product, market introduction, promotion and channel development, and gradually create the enterprise star with bee makeup products;cosmetic products as an important alternative products of cross industry development; for the cross regional development strategy, including the outside region level classification, to determine the focus of the development of regional or city and strengthening and expansion;according to the above development strategy, to maintain the existing business case, BH is expected to reach 3.7 to 500 million yuan of sales the scale in 2018, which reached 50 million yuan scale magnitude Ganning products. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above strategies, the sixth chapter of this paper suggests that BH company should be assistedin two aspects, such as optimizing the function of the market(organization structure adjustment, optimizing the marketing system), optimizing the human resource support system(improving the assessment system, establishing the training system).
