Research On The Food Production Enterprise Product Safety Risk Control Based On The Supply Chain

Food safety related to consumer health and life safety,due to the development of economy and improvement of consumption level,the current food safety issues are highly attention.The causes of food safety risk are complex,and the food supply chain involves many links and many main subjects,management is more complex, so now,researchthrough the food supply chain management to enhance the level of food safety is becoming a hot spot.Many researchers from the angle of supervision system and mechanism study of food supply chain management,but with the deepening of the food safety management idea,pay more attention to responsibilities and obligations of food supply enterprise for ensuring food safety,the food production enterprises belong to the product risk safety in the food supply chain control the core and key of the main subjects,therefore, it is certain theoretical value and application valueto study this problem.This article focuses on the problem of product safety risk control of food production enterprises based on supply chain,which is divided into 7 chapters.
