Food safety related to consumer health and life safety,due to the development of economy and improvement of consumption level,the current food safety issues are highly attention.The causes of food safety risk are complex,and the food supply chain involves many links and many main subjects,management is more complex, so now,researchthrough the food supply chain management to enhance the level of food safety is becoming a hot spot.Many researchers from the angle of supervision system and mechanism study of food supply chain management,but with the deepening of the food safety management idea,pay more attention to responsibilities and obligations of food supply enterprise for ensuring food safety,the food production enterprises belong to the product risk safety in the food supply chain control the core and key of the main subjects,therefore, it is certain theoretical value and application valueto study this problem.This article focuses on the problem of product safety risk control of food production enterprises based on supply chain,which is divided into 7 chapters. Among them, Chapter 1 is the introduction;Chapter 2 is the overview of the food supply chain and food safety risk management;Chapter 3 is the analysis of food production enterprises in the supply chain product safety risk factors;Chapter 4is the analysis of the current situation of product safety risk control in food production enterprises based on the supply chain; Chapter 5 is the case Analysis: Food safety risk control of Y companybased on practice and exploration of supply chain; Chapter 6 is the system construction of the safety risk control of the supply chain of food production enterprises; Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect.From various angles, this article analyses the food production enterprise product supply chain security risks,analyze its risk control present situation, existing problems and reasons, analysis the actual operation of enterprises. By reading a lot of literature, field survey,comparative study, summarizing and analyzing,combined with specific cases,this article presents the food production enterprises in the supply chain product safety risk control system,including system construction,the partner relationship with suppliers,vendors,logistics providers,the customer.and other partnerships,enterprise internal management,suppliers, vendors and Risk control of logistics, information flow and capital flow and how to carry out the coordination of the operation of food safety risk communication. In the end,generalizes the research conclusion of this article,the direction of further research are put forward.The research helps to improve food production enterprises to identify different kinds of food safety risk capacity of each link,to take effective prevention and control of risk management methods and measures,based on the food supply chain risk prevention and control system of food safety,reduce food safety risks, improve efficiency and competitiveness of supply chain management,then setting up enterprise brand image and realize development strategy.
