Research On The Training Mode Of Modern Apprentice System Of Business Major In Higher Vocational Education

Professional talents training in higher vocational education is different from the specialty of engineering,which has the characteristics of particularity,flexibility,practicality and comprehensiveness.Higher Vocational College of business in recent years for China to train a large number of business services personnel,but there are still unclear training objectives,curriculum system is unreasonable,imperfect mechanism in the construction of teaching staff,quality evaluation and supervision system is not perfect and so on.Modern apprenticeship is the innovation of talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation,is order training,improving and deepening,which has "modern,practical,transitional" and other functions can be used to serve the business specialty in higher vocational education personnel training.In 2014,the Ministry of Education launched the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship in the whole country.According to a case study of higher vocational business of modern apprenticeship pilot,found The pilot made a professional student employment prospect is good,the enterprise needs a relief,such as the ability to enhance the effectiveness of service industry;but at the same time the enterprise imbalance of rights and responsibility,the enterprise has been digging risk,apprenticeship and enterprise master is replaced by alienation concerns.Therefore,starting from the participant perspective,business majors in higher vocational colleges the further implementation of the modern apprenticeship suggestions are: to build a multi-level legal system,to ensure the implementation of the modern apprenticeship;strengthen the construction of industry organizations,promote school enterprise cooperation;strengthen government guidance,improve the enterprise participation enthusiasm;pay attention to the needs of enterprises,promote the sustainable development of the students.
