In the present theme of The Times of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation",technology-based enterprises as one of the principal sector of technological innovation,bearing the important responsibility and hope.Different from traditional enterprises,technology-based enterprise is usually knowledge-intensive or technology-intensive economies.They also face high risk in rapid growth.Knowledge employees in technologybased enterprises have a high population.Incentive problems should be taken seriously.The development of technology-based enterprises in the construction of an innovative country is of great significance.Hefei in Anhui province,as one of China’s four big science and education city,national first batch of innovative pilot city,the important city to the rising strategy of the central region,is clear of strategic position.The most direct effect to study incentive problems is that you can more effectively stimulate the employee’s organizational commitment,job involvement.It is helpful to improve employee satisfaction,to active employee relations,to reduce the turnover rate,and to promote the flowing of talent.It also helps to excavate the value of human resources in Hefei,to improve the ability of independent innovation,to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure,and it can also provide reference to other areas.Realized the importance and necessity of this thesis,I combed the incentive theory,the related literature of the relationship between incentive and employee satisfaction,meanwhile reviewed the dominant satisfaction questionnaire.And then from the survey of employee satisfaction in Hefei technology-based enterprises on the ground of incentive factors,I implement to design an investigation of incentive current situation which is possess Hefeilocal significance.In order to go for that,I conducted pre-research,interviewed with the manager in technology-based enterprises,practiced as an HR intern and so on.Eventually,the sum of valid questionnaires is 171.The samples which contain the following industries: biological engineering,computer-related industries,high technology,electronic information technology,the public security,communications,new materials and new energy.Empirical study of this paper adopted the method which is combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Five comprehensive incentive factors was extracted through factor analysis,respectively they are the company institutional factors,growth factors,achievement factor,autonomy factors,compensation factors.Due to open-ended questions in the investigation,some related integration are also conducted.In this paper,the comparison analysis was also done between the results of factor analysis and the statistics of the other data,then summarized and discussed some problems existing in the present of Hefei technology-based enterprises about the management incentive,such as the asymmetry of incentive supply and incentive demand,the low level in employee incentive,insufficient diversity for incentives and so forth.Finally,there are some suggestions and optimization measures given,mainly including,to use external guidance and internal incentive in combination;to improve and optimize the company institution which is reasonable and flexible,furthermore to build excellent corporate culture;to provide more challenges and opportunities for staff,which is helpful to promote them to realize life value;to strengthen job autonomy of employee,so that staff belonging and the sense of mission will generate;to pay more attention to spiritual incentive and emotional incentive meanwhile realizing the diversification of incentives;in contemporary society,we still cannot ignore the indispensable role of material incentive to employees.
