| Under the background of science and technology to promote the industrial revolution, the development of high and new technology enterprise has driven the change of industrial structure. Our country began to implement equity incentive system and made substantive progress in the 90s early, but on the whole,in our country most scholars study the equity incentive policy tending to equity incentive how to influence the performance of listed companies,management equity holding and other whiles, less in view of the equity incentive industry empirical research. With the help of the opportunity in An’hui soft science project,this article is starting from this point to investigate the high and new technology enterprise employees in He’fei, using average comparison, binary regression analysis and other methods to explore employees’ perspective of equity incentive policy effect and its influencing factors. Further excavating the way to resolve the problem of high and new technology enterprise implement equity incentive, analyzing the role, responsibilities and obligations of government and enterprises in solving the problem of high and new technology enterprise in the process of scientific management.To provide the beneficial reference for the high and new technology enterprise which will make and act the implementation of equity incentive system, consummate the incentive constraints mechanism, improve business performance,and better to meet the demand of pilot firm, quicken the promotion steps of pilot projects, so as to accelerate the industrialization progress of high and new science and technology achievements.The article can be roughly divided into three parts. The first part mainly introduces the selected topic background, research content, purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign research trends, technical route, research method, related concepts and theoretical basis, and on this basis puts forward the innovation of the article.The second part is the descriptive and inferential analysis of He’fei hi-tech enterprise equity incentive. We take the investigation questionnaire data as sample, and make the reliability and validity test from overall data, and then make descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to the current situation of the high and new technology enterprise equity incentive and employees’evaluation to the overall effect of equity incentive and its influencing factors.The analysis which including the employees’ choice will of equity incentive,the influence of work enthusiasm, and the factors such as the necessity, feasibility and satisfaction,and then we carry out relevant conclusions.The third part is the empirical analysis. By establishing binary Logistic choice model,take employees’participate in the equity incentive will as explanatory variables to measure the effect of equity incentive,while character and subjective evaluation as the explanatory variables. It uses Spss17.0 software to make regression analysis on the sample data.The conclusion agreed that:On the whole,employees’ individual characteristics have significant impact on choose will if the hi-tech enterprises participate in the equity incentive policy. The first factor is the staffs work enthusiasm of participate in the equity incentive; Understanding extent of equity incentive policy is the second significant factor to affect the staff’s will to choice whether participate in the firm which of equity incentive policy; Education levels is the third factor and employee’s satisfaction fourth.The policy recommendations of the article based on these conclusions as following:at the government aspect, it should be meticulous in policy formulating,strictly in the implementation of policy,comprehensive in the policy regulation,science in terms of policy evaluation.At the enterprise level,it should in place in the aspect of policy propaganda;resolutely in policy implementation,timely in policy feedback. |
