| In the 1990 s,excellent corporate culture plays a very important role in enterprise performance by a large number of study discoveries.The study on relationships of corporate culture and enterprise performance is focused by scholars at home and abroad always.With the deepening of economic globalization degree and the fast development of economy,more and more companies are facing a series of changes of diverse market behavior subjects,the idea of corporate management is developing from stakeholders influence to stakeholder participation,which makes scholars pay more and more attentions to stakeholders.As a result,the theory of stakeholder has been formed.However,few scholars has studied whether the theory of stakeholder has an influence on enterprise performance and its influencing mechanism.As predecessor chose different study samples for different study purposes under different research backgrounds,so they had different study results on the theory of stakeholder and enterprise performance mechanism.Therefore,the article builds the model of enterprise performance,stakeholder orientation and corporate culture on the basis of consulting lots of references.Then we build mathematical model of enterprise performance,stakeholder orientation and corporate culture and collect data of 300 companies form Jiangxi Province by questionnaire survey.Next,we carry out regression analysis and structure equation model on the data by spss20.0.The empirical analysis results show that developmental culture play a mediation role in stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance.However,class culture doesn't play a role in stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance.In the end,we come up with a few suggestion to play better the promoting effect of the developmental culture on enterprise performance for the companies in Jiangxi Province.Such as coordinating and balancing the stakeholders' benefits and paying attention to the development by keeping pace with The Times. |
