| Since reform and opening up, a significant shift in the ideology, coupled with a relaxed political environment, family businesses sprung up, increases in the rapid increase in the number, size, and has become one of the most competitive in China’s national economy.But the poll, the average life expectancy of China’s family enterprises only 3-4, this phenomenon by all sectors of society to pay attention.The real reason, is the lack of adherence to a compatible interests, lack of adequate protection for stakeholders, therefore not formed with the continued competitiveness of corporate culture.Therefore, in view of stakeholders on the family enterprise culture objective performance evaluation, establishment of scientific performance evaluation system, and look at the weaknesses in the family enterprise culture construction, to guide the healthy development of the family business, it becomes a very important theoretical and practical subject.In the course of the study, the paper explains the theoretical basis of the family firm culture and its evaluation, and defines the connotation of family enterprise culture from the perspective of stakeholders. Based on the micro and macro two systems, from the perspective of enterprise leaders, employees, business activities, government, consumers, media, community and so on, the construction of family enterprise culture performance evaluation index system based on stakeholder.At the research level, this study, expert interviews, surveys, personal visits, such as full investigation s company culture of family enterprises in Zhengzhou, gets the basis for calculation and analysis of quantitative data.Meanwhile, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and calculation and analysis of grey system for platforms using AHP the AHP, analyzed by yaahpFreeSetupV7.5 software, an empirical study on selection of objects, assessment scores are obtained, also clearly points out the deficiencies of cultural construction in the enterprise.Empirical research shows that: employee performance is the weak link in S company, leading performance is the need to strengthen the S company, S company needs all aspects, multi-level, multi angle, comprehensively improve the level of family business culture.Finally, from the micro and macro level, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the level of family enterprise culture from five aspects of material culture, behavior culture, institutional culture, spiritual culture and external environment... |
