Arable Land Quality Update Assessment And Research On Agricultural Industry Layout Optimization Of Qianfeng District

As the essence and the most important part of land, arable land is the most basic resources of agricultural industry development. Since the 20 th century, the increasing rate of urbanization, a growing gap between urban and rural areas, the development of the agricultural industry also do everything possible to speed up the pace, thus, there are enormous contradiction between industrial development and farmland protection. A large number of high-quality arable land is occupied, the number of arable land are declining, the quality can not be guaranteed, therefore, we should actively explore how to effectively promote industrial development in the protection of arable land on the quantity and quality, to the same time, through the rational adjust the industrial development model, let farmland resources to get the best combination of use, also has practical significance to arable land protection and economic development.Firstly, use of literature research and empirical analysis, based on the 2010 quality arable land assessed data of Qianfeng district, combined with the 2013 update survey data, divided into arable land quality assessment of other means to establish grading system, through delpHi method determining the quality of arable land evaluation index system and weight, calculate the evaluation index, use gis technology for a space assignment evaluation, drawn 2013 arable land quality assessment results of Qianfeng district, and the results were analyzed qualitatively. Then, use swot analysis, combined with statistical yearbook and on-site survey data, analysis the factors what effects agricultural industry layout of Qianfeng district, based on the system analysis geograpHical location, natural resources, industrial base, economic development and other factors impact on area agricultural industry layout optimization, selected arable land per capita, arable land area accounted of countries use classification, agricultural land use, the proportion of output, yield concentration index as the production concentration typical factors, distribute the five agricultural sectors such as planting grain, oilseed cultivation, vegetable cultivation, fruit cultivation, livestock breeding of Qianfeng district, study results agricultural industry optimize the layout plan and proposed directions of the agricultural development areas' industry management.Through the research, the main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1) 2013, the region's arable land national natural grades distributed between seven to ten; arable land national exploit grades between seven to eleven; arable land national economical grades between six to eleven. The quality of arable land distributed in 15 grades, arable land quality of Qianfeng district in the lower middle level. Better quality of arable land mainly in the town of dai shi, guan tang, guan ge, hu an and xiao jing, and the poor quality of cultivated land distribution is more fragmented towns mainly in the town of gui xing, guang hui, long tan.(2) Compared with the 2010 results of division of arable land quality grade, the level of quality arable land 2013 has improved. 2010- 2013, region added 188 arable land polygons, with a total area of 40.88 hectares. The seven grades of arable land national natural grades has rosed 3.67 percent, the nine grades has rosed 0.79%; the each of seven, eight, nine grades of arable land national exploit grades has increased by 2.58%, 0.22%, 2.11%; arable land national economical grades significantly increase,the proportion of six have increased by the 0.01% to 0.08%, the proportion seven increased to 17.87%, the proportion of eight has increased from 23.82% rise to 25.37%, the proportion of nine has increased from 22.98% to 23.46%.(3) Binding characteristics of agriculture and industry development status in qingfeng, the agriculture industry is divided into planting grain, oilseed cultivation, vegetable growing, fruit cultivation, livestock production sector. In industry joint development of basic partition mode, clear the principles of Qianfeng district agricultural industrial partition naming and merge main, taking all the quantitative research results of impact indicators, the township as a unit to form a high standard grain and oil demonstration zone, ecological joint development zone of crop and breeding, organic fruits and vegetables zone, forest industry charge zone, produced agricultural industry layout partition map. For different agro-industrial zone, it proposed the corresponding development paths and suggestions to make the region's agricultural resources rational development, utilization, protection and configuration.
