IiStudy On The Update Evaluation Of Arable Land Quality Grade In Fengcheng

With the rapid development of social economy, especially the problem of arable land, less arable land per capita and arable land quality is poor. And we stress on the number of arable land management in land resources management work, but obviously neglected farmland quality management, so strengthening farmland quality management, and carrying out update evaluation of cultivated land quality grade is of great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, fengcheng city in liaoning province, based on the results of agricultural land classification in 2007 and in 2011, combined with the deployments and requirements of the Liaoning Provincial Department,regarding the development of county farmland quality grade update and evaluation work, we see the change of cultivated land quality grade in 2011—2013 as the time dimension, from arable land increases, farmland decreases and arable land quality construction to start, these three incentives cause the change of cultivated land quality grade, analyse the spatial distribution of cultivated land quality grade in fengcheng city,and systematically research the trends and reasons of the county farmland quality grade change,it provides a scientific basis for cultivated land resource intensive and efficient and sustainable use, and promote the protection of farmland from quantity management to quality and quantity of both management.In this paper, by using comparative analysis, literature comparison and empirical research, on the basis of agricultural land classification, through farmland increases, reduction of arable land and farmland construction to study changes in the quality of arable land in Fengcheng. For the assessement of new arable land, mainly through land development, increase and decrease, the increases the net area of cultivated land and other ways to achieve the purpose of increasing the arable land. For Reduction in arable land assessement, mainly through the occupier of land for construction and agricultural structure adjustment caused. In the area of cultivated land quality construction, mainly through a high standard basic farmland construction, land reclamation construction, farmland water conservancy construction and agricultural development in four ways, and ultimately analyse the quality of arable farmland compared before and after construction, analyzes the effect of improving farmland irrigation and drainage conditions and increasing the thickness of the arable farmland soil.Based on the analysis above, We conduct a comprehensive analysis on the city’s overall quality in 2011 and 2013.Conclusions show that: through the empirical study of Fengcheng City, from the sources of the increase of cultivated land, the land development and increase and decrease are the most effective way to increase arable land. From the sources of the reduction of cultivated land, most of the arable land is occupied by the construction. With the rapid development of economic and industrial, urban residential buildings, commercial buildings and industrial plants are build by vigorously occupying farmland, resulting in a large amount of reduction of arable land. Because of the high standard basic farmland construction,land reclamation construction, farmland water conservancy construction and application of comprehensive agricultural development in four ways, increasing the effective thickness of soil and irrigation guarantee rate, changing the slope of the terrain, resulting in a slight increase in the quality of arable land.
