The cultivated land is one of the most basic resources for human survival, is the human condition based agricultural products. China’s large population, low per capita arable land occupation, cultivated land protection is an important strategy for food security in china.With the rapid development of economy and the advance of the city, the contradiction between people and land is more prominent.In this study, Baise District of Youjiang as the study area, Youjiang district is located in the Youjiang River Valley and the Northwest Mountainous Area combined with regional, complex and diverse topography, the spatial distribution of cultivated land variation obviously, with the development of urbanization in Youjiang Valley corridor belt planning implementation, Youjiang urbanization development speed, in the terrain of this area, the contradiction between people and land is very prominent.In the land reserve less resources, development difficult circumstances, to improve the value of the potential space of cultivated land area, improving land aggregation degree, has very important significance to promote the construction of modern agriculture.For this, based on the remote sensing data of land use situation, analysis of DEM elevation data and relevant statistical data for the data based statistics, landscape index, Voronoi atlas theory and other methods, to optimize the classification of patches of cultivated land in Youjiang region, using weighted Voronoi diagram to optimize the spatial layout of the cultivated land in Youjiang, and provide the basis for land use planning, land consolidation and land management. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) through which the variation of cultivated land and changes of 2009-2012 in Youjiang district land class analysis, four years, the quantity of cultivated land in Youjiang region showed a downward trend, a decline in the number of local land mainly distributed in the southeastern Youjiang River Valley area, especially in the construction of regional land and transportation corridor construction, through land reclamation, agricultural the structure change of the increase of arable land is mainly distributed in the Northwest Mountainous Area, arable land was showing the quality not quantity situation.(2) the landscape pattern index and conventional Voronoi analysis of cultivated land distribution, the results showed that: the mountainous terrain influence, a lot of farmland in the valley plain and agglomeration distribution col, narrow valley, and the plain area of Northwest karst. The land of natural and human factors of high fragmentation, irregular patch shape, higher optimization space.(3) in the layout of cultivated land and terrain factors, traffic, water, residential and other relevant factors based on the relationship, to build a comprehensive evaluation system of the degree distribution of the advantages of land, the cultivated land in Youjiang region is divided into: the key protection type, appropriate adjustment, key control type and four types of attenuation exit. By generating land advantage development degree weighted Voronoi diagram, the research area was re divided land patch types and optimization of weighted Voronoi diagram combined with the proposed suggestions to optimize the layout of cultivated land in Youjiang district.
