On Stress Management Of Salesmen For Enterprise

Nowadays,with the development of modern market economy,more and more enterprises pay attention to sales activity.It's well known that making profit is the key issue for every enterprise and profit is the blood for enterprise to grow up.Therefore,how to promote goods,develop service,adopt new thoughts and make improving strategies are becoming more and more important for enterprises' development.Selling is the direct way to bring benefits for all enterprises,and it can be regarded as one of the most important link in enterprises' all links.There's no doubt that selling bears the mission of carrying output from input.Salesmen are the persons who take selling into action and who help to make profits from selling.How to earn marketing and selling goods for enterprises are the major mission for each salesman,which brings more stress to salesmen comparing with other staff in company.What's more,salesmen's grave stress not only from one aspect,it may be from various aspects,such as cunning clients,increasing sales target,distributing sales area,cruel striving rules and more and more fierce competition etc.All the above described factors seam to make salesmen's stress tighter.Excessive stress for salesman makes them tired out,unhealthy in physical and psychological which will directly droop working efficiency and indirectly bring negative influence to enterprises.Therefore,how to manage and decrease salesmen's stress should be one important mission for every enterprise.Stress is the focus of social work concerns,and stress management is also one of the functions of enterprise social work.As one method of the industry social work,EAP is the practitioner of humanized management.A series of serious problems,such as person,family,and enterprise that have been risen by high pressure the salesmen facing nowadays,so that as the organic part of enterprise management,enterprise social working aiming to improving efficient based on employee career and welfare development,Advocating using professional social work way to release pressure,showing care for personal emotion,resolving the problems that enterprise are facing.Based on the perspective of social work,through the questionnaire,individual interview and site observation,the author took research of various factors causing negative influence from excessive stress in enterprise W.In this article,the author analyzed the existing problems that stress management in salesmen work in this company.On the basis of combining with the related theory and method,the author came up some specific solutions and advices,as well as provided the referencing value of development suggestions for the salesmen's stress management in enterprise.
