But in the present research, The main direction is how to establish a powerful system from technical angle in most researches, To consider, from the management point of view, how to efficiently integrate the existing distributed had be missed. In practice, the cold chain information supervision system in our country lag behind of our need, And has a big difficulty in data sharing blind supervision spot also not fully comply with the pharmaceutical product quality management. With the development of information technology, RFID technology provides effective approach for monitoring, with its technical superiority, wireless transmission, and automatic recognition. Aiming at the deficiency of existing quality and safety monitoring system for vaccine products, This paper intent to guarantee vaccine quality safety and improve the efficiency of vaccine product supply chain management. Rely on RFID, GPRS, GPS technology, mainly focusing on the existing enterprise information system’s integration, adopting the research method of combining theory and practice of information technology in the vaccine cold chain life cycle management information system construction based on.Firstly, according to the HACCP principle, Carried out around the effect of vaccine product quality safety and key factor, analysis the different demander and his information needs in the cycle life of the vaccine, then analysis the work flow and the data flow in different stage of the cold chain logistics, Then we design of management system framework based on RFID and other technology.
