And describes the responsibility of the government related experience in the operation of enterprise annuity, mainly from the United States government's responsibility in the pension system on the efficiency of inspiration, thus the government responsibility in China are put forward in the performance of the way, when enterprise complement endowment insurance to promote the popularization and development of the enterprise annuity system. Finally, puts forward the countermeasures for government responsibility, to promote the development of enterprise annuity from system construction, supervision, construction of market environment, and elaborates the four parts of consensus guidance, to ensure that starting from the details, will the government responsibility from basic to comprehensive slowly, making the methodically to healthy development of the enterprise annuity system.
