| Governmental investment projects play significant roles in national economy, they are characterized as: large amounts of investment; projects possess great significance; attracting high public focus etc. Therefore it is particularly important to reinforce and improve our supervision management system on these projects.Since the reformation and open period, especially in recent years, China has greatly improved its supervision management system of governmental investment projects and the achievement is obvious. However, we should say that we still have a long way to go comparing with some developed countries.This paper starts from three aspects as law and regularity system, supervision by government executive departments and market admittance regularity. At the beginning, it expounds and analyzes the current status in China and put forward some points which need to be improved.Thereafter, to expound and analyze supervision system of the government investment projects in some developed countries and regions, such as the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia and Hong Kong special zone of our country with a conclusion of hints to our own system build in the future. referenced on the advanced methods of those developed countries and regions with an intention to improve our own governmental supervision management system. |
