Study Of Jiangxi Investment Environment Evaluation Under The New Economic Normal

Under the new normal economic background,Jiangxi Province has shown its new features, constantly optimize the economic structure, economic driving from investment driven, elements driven to innovation and entrepreneurship driven, for a better understanding of today's Jiangxi Province entrepreneurial environment, guide entrepreneurs choose it more profitable to regional entrepreneurship, governments at all levels to help clear improvement in the direction and focus of the local business environment. In this paper, the Jiangxi Province entrepreneurial environment were analyzed and evaluated.This study from the new economic normal reality of Jiangxi Province, combined with the experience of previous studies, based on environmental measurements as the premise, from the external input(education investment, technology investment,government support, financial support and entrepreneurial achievements the output angle as the thinking direction, to establish a business environment assessment model proposed assessment of entrepreneurial environment analysis framework, and constructed consists of 3 first level indexes, ten second level indexes and 29 third class index evaluation index system based on the. Assessment of entrepreneurial environment analysis process, through statistics yearbook of Jiangxi Province and statistical report, questionnaire collect data, using entropy to determine the weight,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, make a analysis of the final normal economic in Jiangxi Province under the evaluation of entrepreneurial environment.Analysis and evaluation results show that under the new economic norm, the entrepreneurship environment of Jiangxi Province in general level,among all index,he economic structure, market openness, education investment is in good level, and the rest is in the general level.; the municipalities and districts by resources, culture and other related factors, the regional difference of the entrepreneurial environment;entrepreneurial environment show foundation is weak, insufficient investment,outcomes of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial atmosphere strong enough. Specific performance, Jiangxi Province, the overall business environment of the value of2.2712, grading general; Nanchang, Jiujiang entrepreneurial environment value for2.8903, 2.5408, entrepreneurial environment is good, the rest of the District City Entrepreneurial Environment in the general level, the Fuzhou City entrepreneurial environment value minimum. Based on the evaluation results, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial environment in Jiangxi province. Hoping to provide a reference for the optimization of entrepreneurial environment in Jiangxi province.
