The Comparative Study On Regional Differences For Entrepreneurial Environment Of Hohhot-Booto-Erdos

Entrepreneurial activity is a barometer of economic development of a region, andentrepreneurial environment is one of the most important factors of entrepreneurial activityof a region. If entrepreneurship is a seed, then the entrepreneurial environment is the soilfor its growth. The temperature, moisture and fertility of the soil will affect thedevelopment and growth of the seed. However, there is a significant differencein entrepreneurial activities in various regions. The academic circles generally believe thatthere is a close relationship between the differences and entrepreneurial environment and itis essential to the success and the healthy development of the enterprise business. It has animportant significance for the success of entrepreneurship and the development ofenterprise and the prosperity of regional economy to compare the entrepreneurialenvironment of different regions, and to analyze the causes of the low levelof entrepreneurial environment, then to improve entrepreneurial environment.The comparative studies on entrepreneurship environment are mostly concentrated inthe southeast in our country, and it is rarely to study it in the northwest regions, and thereare no scholars to study it in Inner Mongolia. Hohhot-Booto-Erdos is the core and thecharacteristic development strategy of economic circle has been established in InnerMongolia. They find their own advantages to develop rapidly. It has become the mostvibrant city of economic circle in Inner Mongolia, and is known as the "GoldenTriangle" region in Inner Mongolia. This paper regards entrepreneurial environment as theobject of study to compare and analyse in order to improve it, to promote industrialdevelopment and structural adjustment, to promote the sustainable development of theeconomy in Hohhot-Booto-Erdos, which eventually led to the whole area’s economicdevelopment.This paper analyses and compares the entrepreneurial environment from two differentangles of macro factors and entrepreneurs. From the point of view of the macro factors, it uses the second-hand data to study entrepreneurial environment from five aspects ofnatural environment, policy environment, economic environment, resources andhumanities environment. From the perspective of entrepreneurs, it is based on the GlobalEntrepreneurship Monitor Model and the "level model" to establish the evaluation systemof entrepreneurial environment for it. It mainly includs the support of thegovernment, financing environment, market environment,economic environment, infrastructure and humanities environment.The paper comparesand evaluates entrepreneurial environment with Delphi method, AHP and Fuzzycomprehensive analysis. The results show that, from the point of view of the macro factors,there is little difference in their natural environment, Hohhot is the best and Erdos is theworst in policy environment, Erdos is the best and Hohhot is the worst in policyenvironment, due to the different resource, environment is different, Hohhot is the best inthe human environment. From the perspective of entrepreneurs, Hohhot is the bestand Erdos is the worst in overall business environment, Hohhot is the best and Baotou isthe worst in the support of the government and financing environment, Hohhot is the bestand Erdos is the worst in market environment, economic environment, infrastructure andhumanities environment.Due to different angles, the results of the study are different inentrepreneurial environment. After analyzing the results, we put forward thecountermeasures and suggestions to improve entrepreneurial environment inHohhot-Booto-Erdos.
