Tourism boomed in the Twenty-first Century with the accelerating development of the economy and the improvement of the living standard, ?The guest is God? has become the world's tourism business slogan. Human resources which directly influencing the service quality and tourist's satisfaction reflect the professional level of the tourism sector. Human resources management and tourism are closely related in the developed countries, the application of the theory of human resource management in tourism has greatly promoted the development of tourism in the developed countries.Tourism became an important industry in Vietnam to create foreign exchange income at 1986, this is comparatively with Thailand, Malaysia, Indonexia and other Southeast Asian countries, but it is growing fast and has become a leading industry in Vietnam. Recently, Viet Nam has realized the importance of human resource management in tourism, research on foreign management methods has made to manage domestic human resources, and promote the development of tourism. Acording to Vietnam tourism headquarters, Viet Nam received international visitors about 7.87 million passengers and domestic visitors about 38.5 million passengers in 2014, revenues reached US $ 11 billion, in order to adapt to the large increasing international tourist flow, Vietnam needs to create good strategic plan in which developing human resource in tourism sector is recognised as an urgent requirement.Vietravel tourism company was founded in 1995, is the Vietnamese Ministry of transportation enterprises directly, with nearly 50 branches in various provinces and cities nationwide, more than 1000 employees, is now one of Vietnam's largest tourism enterprises. Vietravel is a professional company, its main business is tourism service. Vietravel had been aware of the importance of human resource development and management. These years, the company has been making effective use of tourism human resource management theory, combined with the Vietnamese domestic cultural and political law, to increase the company's human resources potential. Consequently, many enviable achievements were made. Under the background of fast economic development in Vietnam and globalization, Vietravel needs to find a set of management system which is more reasonable and consistent with the potential of the company, to achieve the goal of becoming the best travel company in the Southeast Aisa.In this paper, the current situation of human resource management of Vietravel tourism company is analyzed, the different influence factors on the human resource management of the company are investigated using human resources management theory and the EFE and IFE matrix method. Then the countermeasures of Vietravel company's existing problems in management of human resources are put forward. Through the study of Vietravel tourism companies, some practicable management suggestions for the tourism human resources in Vietnam are to be offered, which would play a role in promoting the development of Vietnam Tourism Industry and human resources management in the future.
